this elegant Limited Edition, available only in a controlled-production
run of 1,000, with the serial number engraved on each caseback, was
inspired by a crescent moon against the winter sky. The enduring theme
of the moon and it's importance in Japanese culture is reflected in
the rich blue dial with its distinctive asymmetrical crescent layout
and the blue crocodile strap with gold backing. To highlight the beauty
of hand-craftsmanship by master enamel artists, the dial is uninterrupted
by subdials or inserts.
